Organised for 41 representatives from five European offices, this event combined meetings on deck with active breaks, sensory tastings, and cross-introduction dynamics. Visibility moments were designed for each office, with corporate videos projected onto the mainsail at sunset. The activity generated new internal synergies and strengthened the group vision.
