• Immersive manoeuvring workshop: each group rotates between the helm, sail trimming, and anchoring, always guided by our skipper. The activity combines adrenaline and cooperation, and the facilitator records performance indicators to turn each manoeuvre into lessons in leadership and teamwork.
• Integrated snorkelling, paddle surfing, and kayaking activities: after sailing, we anchor in an untouched cove where premium snorkelling gear, individual paddle boards, and double kayaks await you for friendly challenges. Qualified instructors ensure safety and energise the activities to maximise group cohesion.
• Facilitators certified in coaching: professionals accredited by ICF and experts in Outdoor Training accompany the day from start to finish, linking each nautical experience with your corporate objectives. At the end, they provide a report with actionable insights and a personalised follow-up plan.
• 360° audiovisual coverage: we set up a panoramic photocall with your branding and operate a 4K drone and 360° cameras to capture every moment. In less than 48 hours, you will receive an edited highlight video and an image bank ready for social media and internal communications.

We design tailor-made challenges based on leadership and communication methodologies — Belbin Team Roles, DISC profile, Lego® Serious Play® — developed in an unmatched nautical environment. Before setting sail, the facilitators analyse the group’s objectives and turn each manoeuvre into a living laboratory: tactical decisions when hoisting the mainsail become reflections on change management, while communication between bow and stern highlights the importance of short feedback loops. At the end, each participant receives an insight card with their main strength and a micro-challenge for the following six weeks, encouraging real transfer to the workplace.

On board our converted racing catamarans — refitted Lagoon 450F and Excess 14 models — equipped with induction kitchen, hydraulic bathing platform, solar panels, and Starlink Wi-Fi, your guests will enjoy local fruit smoothies, energy snacks, and a nautical brunch made with kilometre-zero produce while Palma’s Renaissance walls fade into the turquoise horizon. The professional crew (STCW 2025 certification) takes care of every detail: from personalised playlists to 4K drone cinematography. We use pre- and post-activity surveys together with the Belbin model and other assessment tools (such as the Team Climate Inventory) to measure the impact of the day objectively. We analyse aspects such as the distribution of natural roles, the perception of leadership, trust between departments, and the level of satisfaction with the workplace climate. The results are delivered in a visual report comparing the team’s “before and after”, making decision-making easier for Human Resources or Management. This traceability turns the experience into more than just an incentive: an investment with tangible returns.

Every moment is designed to stimulate the five senses: the rhythmic creaking of the rigging as the sails are hoisted, the freshness of the scent of Mallorcan citrus fruits in the welcome cocktails, the touch of silk in a white napkin spread over teak wood. On board, the authentic flavours of local produce — aged mountain cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, country bread with tomato — are paired with D.O. Binissalem wines selected by a professional sommelier. As a final touch, artisan desserts are served just as the sun melts into the sea on a golden horizon. If you wish, we can project your logo onto the mainsail or onto calm waters using submersible spotlights, creating an unforgettable visual impact. We can even synchronise cold pyrotechnics or special effects with key moments of the event. All of this is backed by the necessary maritime permits, which we manage for you from the very first contact, so that everything flows without complications.
